Information we collect

When you submit a booking, we may collect the student or parent/guardian name, email address, optional phone number, grade level, lesson format, programme, topic, requested date and time, selected plan and the learning information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use this information to process the request, assess suitable support, arrange or reschedule a session, send confirmations and keep necessary service and payment records.

Email delivery

The production website may use Resend to deliver booking notifications and confirmations. When enabled, information needed to send those messages is processed by Resend under its own terms and privacy practices.

Payment processing

Paid sessions may use Stripe Checkout. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are not collected by the Novatutorium booking form. Stripe may process transaction and contact information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and sharing

We do not sell booking information. We keep it only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Information may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate bookings, payments and communications.

Student privacy

A parent or guardian should submit bookings for younger students where appropriate. Do not include sensitive medical, financial or identity information in the free-text field.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with a booking, subject to applicable legal requirements.
